Kenrick Manor is a well-established residential community located in the City of Shrewsbury, Missouri.
Developed in 1979 on land that was once part of the historic Kenrick Seminary grounds, the neighborhood occupies property formerly owned by the Archdiocese of St. Louis. The subdivision's name reflects its connection to the nearby Kenrick–Glennon Seminary, a landmark institution that has been part of the Shrewsbury community for more than a century.
Today, Kenrick Manor consists of 162 single-family homes situated on generously sized lots. Many homes were constructed during the early- to mid-1980s, creating a neighborhood known for its mature landscaping, attractive streetscapes, and strong sense of community.
Your annual dues help maintain the beauty, character, and shared spaces that make Kenrick Manor a great place to live.
