Kenrick Manor Subdivision, located in the City of Shrewsbury, was developed in 1979 on land originally owned by the St. Louis Archdiocese and was part of the Kenrick Seminary grounds. Close to both public and private schools, as well as shopping and restaurants, it is easily accessible to Clayton, West County and Downtown St. Louis.
Kenrick Manor consists of 162 homes with generous lot sizes.
The Shrewsbury Community Center is within walking distance and nearby Wehner Park has tennis courts, ball diamonds, walking trails, playgrounds and pavilions.
